At Archflow, we believe comfort shouldn’t be
complicated. We’re podiatrists with over two
decades of experience — and we’ve seen it all:
soft foam insoles that wear out too quickly,
delaminate, or start to smell, and custom
orthotics that cost more than most
people can justify. There had to be a smarter
step forward. So we created Archflow —
a new generation of 3D-printed orthotic
insoles. Durable, prescription-free, and
ready to wear. Designed to support your
feet through workdays, weekends,
and everything in between.
Our Mission
To make genuine foot health as accessible as
ordering an Uber. Because when your arches
are sorted, everything else flows better —
work, play, and life. Archflow turns podiatry
know-how into practical comfort anyone can access.
Looking Back
Archflow was founded by Mark Smith, a
Christchurch podiatrist with more than
twenty years in the game — and a knack
for turning foot science into everyday design.
Trained under Dr Simon Spooner at the
University of Plymouth, Mark learnt early that
the right materials change everything —
and that persistence pays off. That curiosity
became Archflow: slim, strong, 3D-printed
orthotics that outlast foam, feel better to wear,
and deliver genuine support without the
prescription process. No prescription.

Beyond Orthotics
Over time, Archflow has grown beyond orthotics.
Our in-clinic experience led to Clean Lab by Archflow
— a range of simple, clinic-made care products for
skin and nails. Each one is created with the same
precision, practicality, and quiet design ethos
that shaped our orthotics.

Christchurch, New Zealand — by a small team of
podiatrists and support staff who care about quality
and comfort.
