When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 12pm are usually sent the next working day.
How long does delivery take?

South Island: usually overnight.

North Island: around two working days.

Rural delivery: may take an extra day or two.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free nationwide on orders over $100(North and South Islands only - contact us for other locations)
Do you ship outside New Zealand?
Not at this stage.
Do I get tracking?
Yes — we use NZ Post Couriers with photographic proof of delivery.
Is the packaging eco-friendly?
Yes — Archflows are shipped in a recyclable box inside a compostable courier bag.
Terms and Conditions
1. General
Archflow Orthotics are sold as consumer medical devices for comfort and support. By purchasing from our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in NZD and include GST. Payments are processed securely via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard) or Afterpay.
3. Shipping
Free shipping within New Zealand. Orders are dispatched next working day where possible. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier delays.
4. Returns & Guarantee
Archflow products are covered by our 30-Day Comfort Guarantee. To qualify, customers must follow the wearing-in guide and contact us within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are limited to one pair per customer. See bottom of page.
5. Product Care
Instructions for wearing-in and cleaning are provided with every order. Archflow is not liable for misuse, modification, or damage caused by improper care.
6. Liability
Archflow orthotics are intended as supportive insoles for general comfort. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. If you have ongoing or severe foot pain, consult a podiatrist.
7. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Personal information is used only for order fulfilment and will not be shared with third parties except as required for shipping and payment.

Step 2: Give your feet up to 30 days to adjust.
Step 3: Still not comfortable? Email us at [support@archflow.co.nz] with
your order number and a short note about the issue.

We’ll either arrange a refund or replacement.
In most cases, you’ll need to send the orthotics back (return postage at
customer cost). Refunds are limited to one pair per customer.
